Herron provides accessible art education to diverse populations both on campus and throughout the city. Taught by practicing artists and art educators, Herron’s CLPs facilitate authentic art-making experiences in a welcoming, supportive environment that fosters creativity and self-expression.

Join us in supporting today’s aspiring artists and designers. Your gift could help provide:

  • Art supplies to families participating in the Community Art Nights at the 10 East Arts Hub, where free and open studios take place once a month.
  • Opportunities for community members to participate in Herron’s Saturday School or Pre-College Workshop, where they'll be immersed in an authentic studio environment.
  • Opportunities for community members to attend a weeklong Herron Youth Art Camp during the summer.

Please note, the name and purpose of the fund displayed on this page constitute the authorized description of the fund by the Indiana University Foundation, Inc. Your gift supports the fund as described herein.

In July 2024, IUPUI will become Indiana University Indianapolis and will no longer be affiliated with Purdue University. The Indiana University Foundation, Inc. will update all fund titles and fund descriptions for IUPUI funds to reflect this change, and funds intended for Purdue’s School of Engineering and Technology will be transferred to Purdue under the agreement between IU and Purdue. Until July 2024, gifts to this fund will continue to be administered by the Indiana University Foundation, Inc., on behalf of IUPUI.
