The Women of IU South Bend’s mission is to lead engagement efforts that inspire women to give of their time, talent, and resources to Indiana University South Bend, and to develop women leaders in philanthropy.

Our vision is to bring women leaders together, thereby providing connections, learning experiences, and opportunities to partner with IU South Bend in ways that reflect their presence in the community.

Our guiding principles include:

• Support student and faculty initiatives to fund critical needs, new ventures, and innovative ways to solve social problems.
• Inspire each other by telling our members’ stories of leadership and advocacy.
• Provide campus learning opportunities for members.
• Connect donors with IU South Bend, its leaders, and those passionate about campus.
• Inform women about how they can advance the mission of IU South Bend through engagement with students, faculty, and research initiatives.
• Serve as passionate ambassadors for IU South Bend in the community.
