This scholarship was created to honor the memory of Chapman "CT" Blackwell V, a 2007 graduate of Indiana University. Blackwell was a founding member of the Black Key Bulls Little 500 team, a Little 500 all-star rider, member of the IU Student Foundation's Little 500 Riders Council, and volunteer assistant race flagger. At IU and beyond, he made a significant impact on many peoples’ lives and is sincerely missed.
