Named in honor of the late William Powell (IU Student Government President '48-49) and Keith Parker (IU Student Government President '70-71), the Parker-Powell IU Student Government Student Activism Award acknowledges and supports a student leader with a scholarship to celebrate the positive impact they have had on the campus climate at IU Bloomington.
