The Collins Living-Learning Center offers a unique opportunity for students who want to engage in their community; live in an environment focused on learning; and access value-added resources, including arts facilities, media equipment, enhanced programming, and faculty support.

One of the ways this fund can help foster a sense of community at Collins is by supporting an annual $1,000 retention award. This award can help active and involved sophomores, juniors, and seniors remain Collins residents so that they can carry on traditions, teach workshops, and assume leadership roles.

Being a part of Collins has given me such an amazing community and so many opportunities for involvement. This retention award will help me to be able stay in Collins and dedicate myself to the community even more next year, in my positions as Health and Wellness Director and Theatre Coordinator and more! I'm super grateful to everyone at Collins for this award and the other wonderful experiences I've been able to have as part of the LLC.
