AAPI Alumni Association Scholarship
Over 35% of Asian, Asian American, and Pacific Islander (AAPI) college students in the U.S. are first-generation, and reports have found that "receiving a scholarship [is] associated with improvements in academic success.” Toward that end, the Asian Pacific Islander Alumni Association Scholarship provides an annual scholarship to a student attending any IU campus. Learn more about how you can make an Indiana University education a reality for Asian, Asian American, and Pacific Islander students.

"The Pursuit of Asian American Equality"
Born to immigrant parents in pursuit of the "American Dream," IU alum Paul Park, current Harvard Medical School instructor, grew up as an Asian American in a predominately white Indiana community. During his tenure at Indiana University, Park found support and community in the Asian American Association, even as he continued to experience both subtle and overt racism. Read how Park advocated for more inclusivity at IU and why pursuing Asian American equality should matter to us all.

Matching gifts
All donors want to maximize the impact of their giving, and employer matching gifts can do just that. Currently, over 16,000 companies will match donations to IU, and your employer could be one of them! Whether your gift is one-time or recurring or your company is large or small, your financial support for your favorite IU cause may be eligible to be doubled or even tripled. See if your company matches!
Your giving matters
For me, [your gift] means more than just support; it means that someone believes in me, and it motivates me to become a better student and a better person.
