Additional Info

The challenges are many in underserved communities. Many people in Kenya don’t have access to essential healthcare. You have the ability to help change that now.

Each dollar you donate today goes to supporting programs that provide care for people in Kenya, educate the next generation of global health leaders, and foster learning and research to improve health worldwide.

Forging together the strength of partnership creates opportunity that leads to change. AMPATH and Indiana University’s 30-year partnership in Kenya created one of Africa’s most successful and largest HIV care and control programs. AMPATH has grown to include a comprehensive population health model including economic empowerment, a seamless care system, and universal health insurance.

The partnership serves a population of millions in western Kenya and has trained more than 2,000 medical students and residents.

Your giving matters

Mary Goretti, AMPATH patient

If it were not for the AMPATH team, I would not be alive today. Before, so many people lost their lives. Many people lost their children. No one was able to receive help. HIV destroyed communities, people, and families. Thanks to AMPATH, I have more energy and my health has improved. I am a champion for the people living with HIV and AIDS in our community.
