  • Increase the recruiting budget, helping the coaching staff identify and recruit top talent to make our program the best in the region.
  • Upgrade technology for teaching, training, and performance to keep our coaches prepared for new opportunities and unexpected challenges.
  • Improve transportation to ensure that student-athletes are safe, happy, and healthy while traveling to compete.
  • Supply new and upgraded uniforms and apparel to ensure that student-athletes look and feel their best while representing IU Southeast.
