Income from your gift to this endowed fund will support undergraduate scholarships for students majoring in computer science in the Luddy School at IU Indianapolis. The scholarship enables recipients to focus on their studies, engage in groundbreaking research, and participate in transformative projects that push the boundaries of technology.
Beyond financial assistance, the scholarship fosters a sense of community and connection among Luddy alumni and current students. The idea for this vital resource for students originated with a group of dedicated Luddy alumni who envisioned an avenue for alums to “pay it forward” and rally around the next generation of technology leaders. Founding members included:

Please note, the name and purpose of the fund displayed on this page constitute the authorized description of the fund by the Indiana University Foundation, Inc. Your gift supports the fund as described herein.
This account is an endowment. Your gifts to this fund will be invested in perpetuity to provide annual income to support the purpose of the account. Per Indiana University Foundation, Inc. policy, endowment accounts which do not ultimately become fully funded at the required minimum through pledges/gifts will be converted to an expendable account supporting the same purpose as the original endowed fund.
In July 2024, IUPUI became Indiana University Indianapolis and is no longer affiliated with Purdue University. The IU Foundation is in the process of updating all fund titles and fund descriptions to reflect this change. Effective July 2024, even though IUPUI may be mentioned on this page, gifts to this fund will be administered by the Indiana University Foundation, Inc., on behalf of Indiana University Indianapolis.
