Dr. Eugene Klatte’s legacy is immense. An IU School of Medicine graduate, he led radiology departments at Vanderbilt and Indiana University. Even after retirement, he continued his impactful work in pediatric radiology at Riley Hospital for Children, earning numerous teaching awards. He was a lifelong learner, a humble mentor, and a steadfast advocate for both his family and our departmental community. His integrity, dedication to patients, and commitment to colleagues set an incredible example.

This account is an endowment. Your gifts to this fund will be invested in perpetuity to provide annual income to support the purpose of the account. Per Indiana University Foundation, Inc. policy, endowment accounts which do not ultimately become fully funded at the required minimum through pledges/gifts will be converted to an expendable account supporting the same purpose as the original endowed fund.
