A key component of the I-Core experience is a semester-long, cross-functional project where student teams collaborate with local businesses to develop a business plan for a new product or service. Guided by Kelley Indianapolis faculty, students analyze the company, target market, customer needs, and financial requirements before making a final recommendation on whether the idea should be pursued. This hands-on approach provides fresh perspectives and practical solutions while reinforcing core business principles.

Your gift can enrich a student’s I-Core experience in a number of vital ways—including, but not limited to:

  • Providing scholarships for students, helping ease the burden of financial strain
  • Funding our I-Core coordinator position: a faculty member who organizes, coordinates, and establishes partnerships so students have an effective and memorable I-Core experience
  • Supporting a mentorship program, which enables I-Core liaisons to assist and work with current teams
  • Contributing to professional development for our I-Core faculty, helping improve collaboration and teamwork skills

Thank you for helping Kelley Indianapolis continue this long and proud tradition of educating the next generation of business leaders!
