The Crossroads Student Outreach Clinic is a free, monthly health clinic collaboratively operated by the Indiana University School of Medicine–West Lafayette and IU Health. Staffed by physicians from the IU Health Arnett Family Medicine Residency, the clinic provides essential health services to underserved communities while offering medical students and residents invaluable, hands-on experience.
Founded to enhance access to primary health care, the clinic offers a variety of services, including:
- Primary care consultations
- Preventive health screenings
- Chronic disease management
- Health education and counseling
- Referrals to specialized care as needed
All services are supervised by licensed physicians, ensuring patients receive high-quality care at no cost. By contributing to this fund, you help ensure that both patients and medical students benefit from this vital community resource.
