Housed in the Kelley School of Business at IU Indianapolis, the Randall L. Tobias Center for Leadership Excellence offers a distinctive learning environment where leadership scholars conduct research, develop pioneering teaching strategies, and share their work through publications and signature initiatives, including the Tobias Fellows Program.

Carol Madison, for whom this fund is named, retired in 2016 after 11 years as the executive director of the Randall L. Tobias Center for Leadership Excellence. Carol was a key architect in designing and implementing the Hoosier Fellows Program, now known as the Tobias Fellows Program, to fulfill Ambassador Tobias’ vision of inspiring leadership excellence on a national scale with special access to Indiana citizens.
