It also helps ensure that these materials are properly preserved and housed so that students, scholars, and the public can access them for generations to come.

Additional Info

The Collection Excellence Fund supports all Bloomington campus libraries such as the William and Gayle Cook Music Library, the School of Education Library, and the Business/SPEA Library. In addition, this fund can provide support for discrete collections within the larger collections that are often overlooked, such as the map collection in Government Information, Maps, and Micro-forms in the Herman B Wells Library; Germanic Studies, African Studies, and other Area Studies in the Research Collections; and the Artists' Book collection within the Fine Arts collection.
