IU School of Nursing IU Day Campaign 2026

By School of Nursing - Indianapolis

Celebrate the 10th Anniversary of IU Day with the IU School of Nursing!

This year marks the 10th anniversary of IU Day—a decade of coming together to support the people and programs that define Indiana University.

In celebration of this milestone, every gift will be matched and multiplied. Barbara Carver, BSN’83, is matching gifts dollar for dollar up to $1,000, and Sharon and Walter Neiser are matching gifts through their $10,000 gift in memory of Dr. Cheryl A. Bean maximizing the impact of your support for students.

Your gift today will provide immediate financial assistance to nursing students facing unexpected hardships, helping them stay enrolled, focused, and on the path to becoming the next generation of IU Nurses.

Help us reach our $10,000 IU Day goal and unlock the full matching gift by making your gift today.

Give now and multiply your impact for IU nursing students.

More Info

As we celebrate the 10th anniversary of IU Day, your gift can provide immediate relief to nursing students facing unexpected financial challenges.

Gifts to the IU Nursing Student Emergency Fund provide direct financial assistance to students on the Indianapolis, Bloomington, and Fort Wayne campuses who encounter unforeseen hardships that could interrupt their education.

Every day, our nursing students take on the rigorous demands of their programs with determination and resilience. But when unexpected expenses—such as a car repair, utility bill, or medical cost—arise, even a small financial setback can threaten their ability to stay enrolled. The IU Nursing Student Emergency Fund offers critical relief at the moment it is needed most, allowing students to remain focused on their education rather than financial uncertainty.

Your support provides immediate aid to students facing urgent challenges across all three campuses. While keeping up with coursework is demanding on its own, having to choose between tuition and basic living expenses creates an additional burden no student should carry alone.

By making a gift, you help remove barriers, restore stability, and ensure that our students can continue their journey toward becoming compassionate, highly skilled nurses. Each contribution strengthens not only an individual student’s future, but the future of health care in our communities.

Thank you for bringing peace of mind and practical support to IU nursing students when they need it most.
