  • To attract a pool of high schoolers to the field of forensics to learn what it takes to eliminate bias from forensic investigations. 
  • To incentivize the study of forensic science among youth in all the communities adjacent to the IU Northwest campus. 
  • To form a new community of young students passionate about forensics. 
  • To attract students to our newly launched forensic science degree (with tracks in criminalistics, forensic biology, and forensic chemistry). 
  • To involve students currently enrolled in the IU Northwest Forensic Science majors (Criminalistics, Bio-Forensics, and Chem-Forensic) in engaging with high school students interested in Forensic Science.
