The Public Art and Cultural Heritage Collection is Indiana University's accessioned collection of artwork and objects, separate from its museum and library collections. The collection is displayed across all of IU’s campuses and includes photographs, indoor and outdoor sculptures, historic artifacts, paintings, sketches, other works on paper, and more.
From Showalter Fountain—the jewel of the IU Bloomington Fine Arts Plaza—to the T.C. Steele paintings that line the hallways of the Indiana Memorial Union, to the DNA Tower soaring at the IU School of Medicine in Indianapolis, the depth and breadth of the collection is impressive. Your gift to this fund can be used to support all aspects of the collection—including, but not limited to, the acquisition, permanent display, repair and maintenance, and temporary exhibition of works.
